According to Martin Gibala, the chairman of the department of kinesiology at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, “It builds muscles. It builds endurance.” He paused. “But it’s hard to imagine most people enjoying an all-burpees program, or sticking with it for long.” (his answer to "what is the best exercise?").
Well, there you have it, folks. The best exercise. Period. A real scientist said so. I disagree with his last sentence, but I think he's just being kind to those who haven't discovered it yet.
